Booking security

A 50% deposit validates your appointment (or you can pay in full). The deposit is strictly non-refundable upon cancellation.

Late arrivals

Arriving late cuts into your scheduled session time and may lead to additional charges.

24-hour notice

To change or reschedule, please notify the studio at least 24 hours in advance.

Lace preparation

Please arrive with a clean lace. If it isn't clean, a cleaning surcharge applies to cover preparation time.

Edges & custom add-ons

Custom edge layouts incur a +R20 surcharge. You can add this when you book.
